The World Bank Group’s Young Professionals Program (YPP) offers exceptional professionals the opportunity to apply their specialized technical expertise and contribute to development challenges. Young Professionals work across the World Bank Group in support of the mission to create a world free of poverty on a livable planet, completing rotations to deepen technical and operational knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination, and delivery of strategic initiatives across the ITSCE portfolio.
• Conduct business analysis, process improvement, and requirements gathering activities.
• Support coordination of stakeholder engagement across operational, business, and technology teams.
• Develop management presentations, briefing notes, reports, and outreach materials.
• Monitor project milestones, risks, dependencies, and performance indicators.
• Support portfolio governance, planning exercises, change management, and communications activities.
• Facilitate collaboration across geographically distributed teams and business partners.

Requirements

• A minimum of a Master's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Economics, International Development, Information Systems, Project Management, or related fields.
• 2–6 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in program management, business operations, business analysis, strategy, or digital transformation.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience coordinating complex initiatives involving multiple teams and priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
