See your match score & applyThe internship provides hands-on experience supporting a technology organization that manages a complex portfolio of products, vendors, and strategic initiatives. The role offers exposure to business operations, project and portfolio management, communications, organizational effectiveness, process improvement, and executive support within a global institution.
Responsibilities
- Support program management and operational activities across the ITSFD portfolio.
- Assist with maintaining organizational trackers, dashboards, reports, and knowledge repositories.
- Support preparation of presentations, briefing materials, status reports, and executive communications.
- Assist with planning and coordination of unit-wide meetings, town halls, onboarding sessions, and special events.
- Track action items, decisions, and follow-up activities arising from governance and leadership meetings.
- Draft and edit internal communications, announcements, newsletters, onboarding materials, and knowledge management content.
- Support and streamline business processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
- Support special projects related to workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and operational excellence.
Requirements
- Candidates must be currently enrolled in, or in the final year of, an undergraduate or postgraduate (master's/PhD) program in Business Administration, Public Policy, Public Administration, International Relations, Economics, Communications, Information Systems, Project Management, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Demonstrated interest in organizational management, business operations, project management, technology, or international development.
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with diverse teams.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
- Experience with SharePoint, Power BI, data visualization, communications, or project coordination is desirable but not required.
