Serve as the primary point of contact for Retiree Portal Support, manage user authentication and account provisioning, provide account support and onboarding assistance, monitor system performance, and develop analytics reports. Support new product rollouts, participate in testing, develop user guides, manage the Team SharePoint Site, and assist with Power BI and AI based analytics.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Retiree Portal Support.
• Manage user authentication.
• Oversee account provisioning.
• Provide account support and onboarding assistance.
• Monitor system performance and develop analytics reports.
• Support for New Product Rollouts.
• Participate in both manual and automated testing.
• Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Develop user guides.
• Manage the Team SharePoint Site.
• Maintain all contents up to date.
• Remove clutter and organize materials for easy access.
• Build Analytics Dashboard and Reports.
• Build and enhance basic queries.
• Assist the team to build Power BI and AI based analytics.

Requirements

• Typically requires an Associate's degree or a recognized certificate with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical and communication skills (verbal and written).
• Can effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders (technical and non-technical) at all levels.
• Experience in conducting product demo sessions with business stakeholders.
• Proven ability to work effectively within diverse teams, often in multi-location environments.
• Excellent organizational skills and a strong commitment to meeting deadlines without requiring constant follow-up.
• Proactive self-starter capable of taking initiative with minimal supervision.
• Highly results-oriented with a strong sense of urgency and commitment to achieving goals.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and consistently deliver within agreed-upon timeframes.
• SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager certification or equivalent is preferred.
