Sub-national consultant for School Revitalization Data Support in Papua Provinces

The consultancy supports Sub-national (Provincial Education Offices) in strengthening governance, financing, planning, data systems, and quality standards of the school revitalization programme to ensure equitable, efficient, and impactful implementation in Papua Provinces.

Responsibilities

• Support Sub-national (Provincial Education Offices) in strengthening governance, financing, planning, data systems, and quality standards of the school revitalization programme.
• Ensure equitable, efficient, and impactful implementation of the school revitalization programme.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in education, educational planning, public policy, or other social science fields is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in education policy and planning related areas is required.
• Practical expertise and ability to evaluate existing educational policies, identify systemic gaps, and give actionable recommendations.
• Deep understanding of national education goals, public sector budgeting, and institutional funding mechanisms.
• Competence in gathering, analysing, and presenting educational and demographic data.
• Experience working with sub-national government (Provincial/District).
• Proven experience of high-quality report writing and documentation supported by fluency in Indonesia and English (verbal and written).
• Experience or knowledge related to digital learning, adolescent or youth programming, skills development, or other technology-enabled development programmes is desirable.
