See your match score & applyThe Fund Raising Associate supports the implementation and monitoring of offline acquisition activities to expand and diversify UNICEF's donor base in Chile. The role involves coordination with agencies and suppliers, monitoring campaign performance, and supporting fundraising strategies to generate sustainable resources.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for the implementation and monitoring of offline acquisition activities and supplier performance.
- Provide inputs for the development of strategies, content, components and timelines for offline acquisition activities and campaigns with agencies and suppliers.
- Provide technical support in the monitoring of campaign KPIs, including CPA, ROI and other relevant performance indicators.
- Support RFP and LTA processes, negotiations and agreements to secure the best possible conditions for UNICEF.
- Maintain positive relationships with all agencies, suppliers and key counterparts involved in offline acquisition activities.
- Effectively implement and coordinate offline acquisition activities focusing on achievement of established targets.
- Assist in the implementation of offline acquisition activities defined in the PSFR Annual Plan, including in-house, outsourced and partnership-based operations.
- Support coordination with agencies and suppliers through meetings and prepare internal meetings and reports for management and other areas.
- Support preparation of responses to agency and supplier requests including changes in amounts, refunds, operational adjustments and other requirements.
- Perform regular monitoring and reporting to support efficient management and accountability for results.
- Monitor offline acquisition activities and performance of agencies and suppliers and provide planning inputs and feedback to management.
- Monitor agreed performance indicators including CPA, ROI and other KPIs to drive efficient management and accountability.
- Support cost planning, fund-loading processes, projections and reprojections to facilitate campaign follow-up and resource planning.
- Support quality reporting and feedback to agencies ensuring relevant information is shared for follow-up and improvement actions.
- Work with UNICEF regional and global teams to share information and best practices and identify new opportunities for implementation.
- Carry out administrative tasks and responsibilities effectively including quotation and billing processes related to the acquisition strategy and provide general administrative support.
Requirements
- Completion of secondary education, preferably supplemented by training or university-level courses in management, marketing, sales, business administration, communications or related areas.
- A Bachelor or equivalent (First Level University Degree) from a recognized academic institution in a field relevant to the position may replace 3 years of related work experience.
- A Master or equivalent (Advanced University Degree) may replace an additional 2 years.
- A minimum of six years of relevant work experience in fundraising, marketing, campaign coordination, or supplier or agency management is required, including experience in coordinating teams or multiple stakeholders, monitoring results, preparing reports and supporting negotiations and any other related fields.
- Fluency in Spanish and intermediate English proficiency are required.
- Knowledge of another official UN language (Arabic, Chinese, French, Russian) is an asset.
- Experience in acquisition channels, vendor management or fundraising operations is an asset.
- Relevant experience at country level, particularly in development, fragile settings and humanitarian contexts.
