Digital Impact Associate

The Digital Impact Associate supports UNICEF's ICT systems through procedural and specialized activities including desktop administration, connectivity, server operations, and user orientation. The role contributes to implementing UNICEF's digital strategy to promote children's rights and digital empowerment in Uzbekistan.

Responsibilities

• Perform procedural and specialized activities pertaining to UNICEF’s ICT systems including desktop administration, connectivity, and server operations.
• Install and routinely configure ICT system components and provide user orientation.
• Maintain technical and user documentation.
• Serve as focal point for receipt and processing of user requests.

Requirements

• Secondary Education in any related fields.
• At least 6 years of relevant work experience in Information Communication Technology, IT support, systems administration, network administration, cybersecurity, identity and access management, business continuity, incident management, service desk, audio visual support, IT project management, and any other related fields.
• Technical Support, Systems Administration, Cybersecurity, Identity and Access Management, Incident Management, IT Service Management skills.
• Proficient/Fluent in English and Uzbek.
• Intermediate/Fluent in Russian.
• Knowledge of another official UN language (Arabic, Chinese, French, Spanish) is desirable.
• Professional courses / university courses in information technology are desirable.
• Relevant experience at country level, particularly in development, fragile settings and humanitarian contexts is desirable.
