Consultoría especializada para el fortalecimiento de la gestión del conocimiento y el monitoreo programático de triple nexus

UNICEF Chile requires a specialized individual consultancy to strengthen institutional mechanisms for knowledge management and programmatic monitoring of the triple nexus, supporting strategic processes of organization, analysis, systematization, and use of evidence generated by the country office. The consultancy involves developing tools, repositories, analytical inputs, technical reports, and systematization mechanisms to support results tracking, institutional learning, and evidence-based decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen institutional knowledge management and programmatic monitoring mechanisms of the triple nexus.
• Develop tools, repositories, analytical inputs, technical reports, and systematization mechanisms to support results tracking and institutional learning.
• Support evidence-based decision-making through organization, analysis, and systematization of evidence generated by the country office.
• Deliver defined, specific, and measurable outputs related to knowledge management tools, analytical products, programmatic monitoring inputs, technical documentation, repository organization, and capacity transfer to UNICEF Chile.

Requirements

• Professional in social sciences with postgraduate studies (Master's) in public policy, monitoring and evaluation, knowledge management, disaster risk management, humanitarian action, data science, information systems, or related fields.
• At least five (5) years of professional experience in knowledge management, programmatic monitoring and evaluation, information analysis, evidence generation, or development of technical inputs for decision-making in social, humanitarian, or development programs.
• Experience in information systematization, preparation of technical products, analytical reports, and monitoring tools.
• Experience in programmatic monitoring, indicator tracking, and results analysis.
• Proficiency in information analysis tools, data visualization, information management, or collaborative platforms.
• Ability to analyze, synthesize, and communicate technical information.
• Fluency in spoken and written Spanish; technical English for reviewing references, methodological documentation, or UNICEF international guidelines is valued.
• Desirable: Experience in UN system organizations, international cooperation, or organizations linked to social, humanitarian, or development programs.
• Desirable: Experience or knowledge in childhood and adolescence, human mobility, humanitarian action, disaster risk management, emergencies, or triple nexus approaches.
• Desirable: Experience in developing knowledge products, learning systematization, institutional repositories, or knowledge transfer.
