See your match score & applyUNICEF requires one or more professional photographers to provide high-quality photography services for institutional events, presentations, interviews, and other activities. The service includes capturing images suitable for communication, dissemination, and institutional documentation over a period of up to three years under a Long-Term Agreement (LTA).
Responsibilities
- Ensure delivered material meets UNICEF standards and policies, including inclusive visual language with a gender perspective.
- Photographic recording of events, outdoor and indoor presentations, activations, interviews, studio sessions, group and individual portraits, life stories, press conferences, and other activities required by UNICEF areas.
- Deliver products according to UNICEF areas' requirements throughout the year.
- Work may be performed in Lima and other regions.
- Maintain strict confidentiality about events, materials, information, and documents accessed during and after the contract period.
- Provide photographic products including hourly, half-day, and full-day coverage with specified minimum photo counts.
- Deliver video recordings (b-roll) using high-resolution mobile devices for multimedia materials.
- Send photos in real-time during events for social media posting, a press package of 20 photos immediately after events, and the full set of photos by the same afternoon.
- Deliver edited photos with basic color, framing, and exposure adjustments without content alteration.
- Coordinate delivery of products with requesting UNICEF areas according to specified requirements and deadlines.
- Grant exclusive use rights of photographs to UNICEF for institutional, communication, and editorial purposes without territorial or temporal limits, while retaining moral rights.
Requirements
- Professional studies in Photography.
- Minimum of five (5) years of work experience in photographic recording.
- Experience providing photography services to International Cooperation Agencies, NGOs, public institutions, media, or related entities with at least five (5) services completed.
- Proficiency in handling professional photographic cameras.
- Mastery of natural and artificial lighting.
- Use of flashes, reflectors, diffusers, and other lighting accessories.
- Knowledge of photographic composition, framing, and color theory.
- Ability to tell stories through images.
- Completion of mandatory UNICEF courses: Prevention of Harassment and Abuse of Power (PSHAA), Ethics and Integrity at UNICEF, Prevention of Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA).
- Compliance with vaccination requirements against SARS-CoV-2 with WHO-approved vaccines before assignment.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding events, materials, information, and documents accessed during and after the contract period.
