This internship offers the opportunity to gain practical experience in UNDP's development activities while supporting operational and analytical tasks related to policies and programs. The intern will assist in research, documentation, and project monitoring within the Governance, Participation and Decentralization Unit.

Responsibilities

• Support documentary research on development issues
• Contribute to writing notes, summaries and reports
• Participate in preparation of activities (meetings, workshops, events)
• Support the Governance, Participation and Decentralization Unit in project activity monitoring
• Contribute to collection and organization of information
• Participate in work meetings

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in International Relations, International Cooperation, International Development, Project Management, Political Science or related field
• Be enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in the relevant fields
• Good research, analytical and technical writing skills
• Good knowledge of development issues, governance and decentralization
• Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Ability to organize, be rigorous and work in a team
• Provide a medical certificate of good health
• Provide proof of health insurance for the duration of the internship
• Respect internal regulations and confidentiality rules
• Demonstrate professionalism
