The Associate for Knowledge Management will develop and implement knowledge management strategies to enhance the impact and visibility of the Justice Plural program. The role involves documentation, systematization, monitoring, and dissemination of program activities, working remotely from Brazil.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement knowledge management and dissemination strategies to increase the impact of the program's actions.
  • Identify, systematize and share lessons learned, good practices and knowledge products generated during program implementation.
  • Produce and edit technical reports, concept notes, impact assessments, presentations and other products related to program activities.
  • Coordinate the organization, standardization and registration process of technical publications, ensuring ISBN acquisition for eligible documents.
  • Develop specific management strategies in collaboration with the data team for measurement and monitoring of program actions and results.
  • Monitor and record activity progress, developing regular progress reports, benefit evaluations and impact indicators for different audiences.
  • Document processes, methodologies and results of developed actions, ensuring organization and accessibility of information.
  • Consolidate relevant data and conduct research to support the production of documents, publications and technical reports.
  • Facilitate communication and integration among institutional actors involved in the program, including CNJ, UNDP and other strategic partners.
  • Contribute to mapping and articulation of strategic partnerships to strengthen institutional performance of CNJ and UNDP.
  • Support organization of events, meetings, seminars, workshops and training aimed at disseminating generated knowledge.
  • Support creation of technical content and didactic materials for training and awareness raising.
  • Perform other functions within the functional profile necessary for the proper functioning of the Project.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree - 4 year(s) experience OR High School certificate- 7 year(s) experience
  • Minimum 7 years (for High School) or 4 years (for University Degree) of relevant professional experience in knowledge management, information management, project management, project monitoring, institutional liaison, event organization and training, or related areas.
  • Experience using information technology and MS Office package.
  • Experience with public bodies, preferably with the Judiciary System is desirable.
  • Experience in knowledge management, information management and document management, preferably in the public sector, international organizations or social impact organizations is desirable.
  • Participation in the production of academic or institutional publications is desirable.
  • Experience working with multidisciplinary teams is desirable.
  • Experience with issues related to access to justice, human rights, socio-environmental rights, vulnerable populations, social policies or related areas is desirable.
  • Fluency in Portuguese is required.
  • Basic level of English is desirable.
