Analista Técnico em Programação (DevOps) – Inovação e Tecnologia

The position supports the planning, implementation, and monitoring of system development actions within the Systems and Projects area, focusing on improving the quality of information systems related to the criminal and socio-educational justice systems. The role involves technical advisory, environment preparation, automation, integration, documentation, and knowledge management to support the CNJ and UNDP projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare technological environments for testing, homologation, web services, and other technological needs aligned with project goals.
• Diagnose errors, monitor and document technical solutions to support knowledge dissemination and reuse.
• Coordinate with the Systems and Projects Coordination area for alignment.
• Create and support creation of utilities, products, and scripts for automated delivery.
• Support integration and release of solutions.
• Support development teams with deployment or migration of systems to private or public cloud.
• Support implementation of microservices-based solutions.
• Assist in automating continuous integration and continuous delivery workflows.
• Support software development teams in infrastructure as code practices.
• Prepare and maintain active documentation of work performed.
• Follow workflows using service tracking tools such as JIRA for demand tracking and transparency.
• Ensure deliverables meet agreed timelines and quality standards.
• Align demands and activities with priorities of the Systems and Projects area.
• Analyze and integrate solutions, monitor performance, investigate failures and apply corrections without service interruption.
• Facilitate communication between development, technology, and operations areas.
• Provide information and data to support knowledge management and reporting.
• Support preparation and dissemination of reports and informational materials to ensure project transparency.
• Facilitate capacity building in assigned thematic areas.
• Promote knowledge sharing and actions related to computerized systems under the responsibility of the Systems and Projects area.
• Perform other functions as assigned by coordination to ensure project success.

Requirements

• Master's Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or related fields is required.
• Bachelor's Degree in the above fields combined with 2 years of relevant experience will be considered as a substitute for a Master's Degree.
• Candidates with a Master's Degree do not require professional experience.
• Candidates with a Bachelor's Degree must have at least 2 years of experience in IT, including development, implementation, integration, automation or operation of systems and technological environments.
• Specialization or certification in DevOps or equivalent is desired.
• Experience working with automated system development in the public sector is desired.
• Experience with Linux environments is desired.
• Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL is desired.
• Experience with version control and administration using Git and GitLab is desired.
• Experience in developing CI/CD automation pipelines is desired.
• Experience with container environments like Docker and Kubernetes is desired.
• Experience with GitOps is desired.
• Experience with Rancher and Fleet is desired.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, and Zabbix is desired.
• Experience with AWS public cloud services (RDS, EKS, S3, ALB, Route53, EC2, WAF) is desired.
• Experience in information security (GitSecOps) is desired.
• Experience in Java programming (J2EE) is desired.
• Experience using Maven, LLM, N8N, and message brokers (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka) is desired.
• Experience with agile methodologies is desired.
• Fluency in Portuguese is required.
• Basic level of English is desirable.
