As Coördinator en trainer Jongerenparticipatie, you will coordinate and train youth participation projects, focusing on empowering youth voices in policy and social themes, especially targeting youth at higher risk of social exclusion. You will organize and evaluate youth participation trajectories, train local trainers, and contribute to European youth participation projects.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, execute and evaluate Speaking Minds trajectories in various municipalities in the Netherlands in cooperation with schools and social organizations
• Train local trainers throughout the Netherlands and further develop the train-the-trainer program
• Guide youth and organize the youth ambassador program
• Contribute to other projects related to youth participation, including European collaborations on internationalization of Speaking Minds
• Co-develop new programs on youth participation

Requirements

• Relevant completed education
• Experience with guiding group processes
• Experience working with practically educated youth (VMBO, MBO, Practical Education)
• Good command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written
• Ability to work with MS Office software
• Experience with project coordination is a plus
• Authorized to work in the Netherlands
