Sexual and Reproductive Health (SRH) Advisor

The SRH Advisor is part of the Analysis Department of MSF’s Access team, reporting to the Head of Analysis. The role involves working in a multidisciplinary team of experts on medical, pharmaceutical, legal and policy issues related to access to health.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on sexual and reproductive health issues within the MSF Access team.
• Contribute to analysis and policy development related to access to health and medicines.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including medical, pharmaceutical, legal and policy experts.
• Support advocacy efforts to improve access to sexual and reproductive health services and medicines.

Requirements

• Master's degree in a relevant field such as public health, medicine, or social sciences.
• At least 7 years of professional experience in sexual and reproductive health, preferably in international or humanitarian contexts.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams including medical, pharmaceutical, legal and policy experts.
• Strong knowledge of access to health issues, particularly in sexual and reproductive health.
• Ability to analyze complex health policy and pharmaceutical issues.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
