The Coordinateur.trice RH Cellule is a strategic HR partner responsible for operational HR coordination at a regional or thematic level, ensuring quality and coherence of HR responses, leading strategic animation, capacity projection, and HR transformation within MSF operations. The role involves managing teams, coordinating transversal HR projects, and contributing to the evolution of HR frameworks.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute HR input in operational program strategies and decisions
  • Anticipate human and capacity risks and alert the cell
  • Coordinate transversal operational HR perimeter animation and capacity projection
  • Lead HR transformations and ensure coherence with operational and HR department orientations
  • Establish diagnostics of HR dynamics and contribute to strategic reflections
  • Coordinate policy implementation with other operational centers
  • Support programs in defining real HR needs and mobilizing appropriate responses
  • Ensure application and adaptation of HR policies and procedures
  • Manage and animate HR teams and coordinations
  • Contribute to the design and evolution of HR frameworks and devices
  • Monitor, analyze and report on HR activities and impact
  • Coordinate HR budget elaboration and revision
  • Animate regular exchanges and share practices within HR perimeter
  • Maintain dynamic relations with other MSF sections and external organizations
  • Promote mobility, diversity, and valorization of skills
  • Participate in internal and intersectional HR and operational bodies

Requirements

  • Experience significant (5 years minimum) acquired in HR responsibility positions, ideally with MSF
  • Proven experience in HR team management
  • Experience in managing transversal HR projects and change management
  • Fluent in French and English (C1 level)
  • Skills in team management
  • Ability to animate communities of practice: creating collective dynamics, facilitating experience sharing and information flow
