Global Lead Private Sector Partnerships (Maternity Cover) - Internal Applicants Only

The Global Lead Private Sector Partnerships (Maternity Cover) is a temporary fixed-term position based in Oslo, Norway. The role supports the Private Sector Partnerships section by overseeing systems, governance, compliance, reporting, and business processes, ensuring effective collaboration across NRC globally.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of systems, tools, guidelines, and procedures for private sector partnerships across NRC.
• Provide data-driven insights and performance analysis related to private sector function to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
• Serve as the section’s focal point and subject matter expert for NRC’s CRM system (Cycles), including reporting, analysis, and user support.
• Ensure compliance with due diligence requirements, GDPR, and NRC policies and procedures for private sector engagement.
• Develop and deliver training, guidance, and capacity-building initiatives to strengthen knowledge and compliance across the organisation.
• Coordinate with Global Finance, grant management, country offices and departments to monitor income, project implementation, and partnership performance.
• Manage a portfolio of selected private sector partnerships and lead on fundraising campaigns, events, and partner engagement activities.
• Represent the Private Sector Partnerships section in relevant internal working groups and external stakeholder engagements.
• Provide technical leadership and day-to-day support to advisors, coordinators, and interns within the section.
• Support onboarding and knowledge sharing within the team.

Requirements

• Experience in private sector partnerships, business operations, CRM systems, compliance, reporting, data analysis, and stakeholder management.
• Strong ability to translate complex information into actionable insights, drive process improvements, and build effective relationships across a global organisation.
• Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal.
• Fluency in Norwegian.
