The Team Coordinator supports day-to-day operations of the India and South Asia team, focusing on coordination, planning, project management, and execution across the CRTG South Asia team's portfolio. The role reports to the Head of Regional Agenda, India and South Asia and collaborates internally with various Forum teams and occasionally with external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Support team operations and coordination (60%).
  • Provide project management and execution support (10%).
  • Assist with knowledge management and research support (10%).
  • Coordinate events and internal stakeholder engagement (20%).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, international relations, political science, economics, public policy or a related field.
  • Prior relevant professional experience in project coordination, operations, administration, events, consulting, public policy or a related field.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
  • Ability to coordinate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Reliability in execution and follow-through.
  • Quality of written materials, presentations and reporting outputs.
  • Experience working with CRM systems, project management tools or stakeholder databases, such as Salesforce, Slack etc, is an advantage.
