The Supply Chain Manager is a key position responsible for supporting the Supply Chain function to ensure effective operational execution and delivery of Supply Chain functions at the field office level. This role involves planning, procurement, logistics, inventory management, asset management, and fleet management to support quality program implementation.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective planning.
  • Ensure program teams develop distribution plans for supplies and assets.
  • Coordinate with field teams to guarantee warehouse space availability.
  • Support SCC in preparing warehousing and transport plans.
  • Implement IRC SOPs.
  • Support asset management.
  • Ensure stock control including medicines, cold chain and in-kind contributions.
  • Implement IRC inventory policies.
  • Ensure distribution plans.
  • Monitor and update plans.
  • Coordinate stock destruction.
  • Conduct asset needs assessments.
  • Manage asset disposal and sales.
  • Ensure accuracy of reports before closure.
  • Support logistics operations.
  • Develop fleet policies in compliance.
  • Ensure vehicle safety.
  • Conduct transport assessments.
  • Monitor movements and fuel.
  • Analyze fleet costs.
  • Ensure legal compliance of vehicles.
  • Produce monthly reports.
  • Participate in ERP and Supply Chain SOP deployment.
  • Ensure pharmaceutical product planning.
  • Develop procurement strategy.
  • Monitor pharmaceutical stocks.
  • Apply IRC quality policy.
  • Ensure availability of pharmaceutical tools.
  • Verify shipments and anomalies.
  • Update stock sheets.
  • Ensure FIFO/FEFO rotation.
  • Prepare shipping documents.
  • Ensure completeness of stock sheets.
  • Prepare monthly reports.
  • Monitor thresholds and expiration dates.
  • Monitor cold chain temperatures.
  • Prepare cold chain boxes.
  • Manage medical waste.
  • Report stock movements.
  • Report incidents to SCC.
  • Ensure reliable reporting of stocks, assets and fleet.
  • Supervise and develop the team.

Requirements

  • Licence requise.
  • Certification supply chain souhaitée.
  • Minimum 5 ans en supply chain humanitaire.
  • Gestion du changement, risques, communication, prise de décision.
  • Français.
  • Anglais est un atout.
