The Asociado(a) Administrativo(a) will provide administrative support to the Executive Directorate of AMEXCID to ensure proper implementation of cooperation projects. The role involves data management, financial documentation review, and preparation of official correspondence to support institutional consolidation and cooperation efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Executive Directorate of AMEXCID for proper implementation of cooperation projects.
  • Support in collecting, systematizing, and updating information, data, and databases related to the implementation and execution of the Executive Directorate's programs.
  • Assist in reviewing, organizing, and reconciling financial execution documentation and scheduling the assigned budget.
  • Prepare, review, and submit for validation official correspondence proposals, official letters, and circulars for signature by senior agency authorities.

Requirements

  • Certificado de preparatoria (Bachillerato) is required.
  • Título de Licenciatura en Administración, Derecho, Ciencias Sociales is not required but will be given due consideration.
  • Candidates with preparatoria certificate must have 6 years of experience in public administration and administrative management.
  • Candidates with a bachelor's degree must have 3 years of experience in the mentioned areas.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Experience working in Mexican Public Administration at federal, state, or municipal level.
  • Excellent skills in drafting official correspondence.
  • Experience in operational management and project monitoring is desirable.
  • Knowledge of administrative processes is desirable.
  • Experience with international organizations and/or international cooperation projects is desirable.
  • Applicant must be a Mexican citizen in full exercise of their rights or a foreigner with a migratory status allowing the function to be performed.
