The position supports the institutional consolidation of AMEXCID to strengthen South-South Cooperation in Mexico by managing official correspondence, project information, administrative formats, operational manuals, and office inventories. The role is part of the operational structure of the Executive Directorate of AMEXCID or the designated general direction, supporting coordination and supervision of programs and projects related to international cooperation.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, classify and closely follow up on official correspondence (letters, memorandums, minutes, and agreements) and technical files of the general direction where assigned.
  • Manage project cooperation information: systematize, safeguard and update necessary documentation to support projects.
  • Design administrative formats and internal records required by the Agency.
  • Coordinate preparation of operational manuals for the area.
  • Coordinate timely follow-up of office inventories including supplies, equipment and preparation of reports.

Requirements

  • Certificado de preparatoria (Bachillerato) is required.
  • University studies at the licenciatura level in Law, Political Science, International Business or related fields are not required but will be given due consideration.
  • 7 years of relevant experience in public administration for candidates with high school diploma.
  • 4 years of relevant experience for candidates with a licenciatura degree in the mentioned fields.
  • Experience in PC use and Microsoft Office suite, databases, and internet.
  • Previous experience working in multidisciplinary teams.
  • Experience in organizing and attention to detail in document and administrative management.
  • Desired: Experience generating administrative information and reports.
  • Desired: Experience in administrative processes in public and/or private sector.
  • Desired: Experience in project management including documentation handling and follow-up.
  • Applicant must be a Mexican citizen in full exercise of their rights or a foreigner with a migratory status allowing the function to be performed.
