See your match score & applyThe Contracts Officer provides technical and operational support in contract management for the Ebola emergency response in the Democratic Republic of Congo. The role involves sourcing, contracting, and contract administration of services required for the response, supporting collaboration with programmes and partners, and providing advisory support to government and national systems on supply chain and contracts management.

Requirements
- A university degree is required in Business Administration, Management, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Contract/Commercial Law, Economics or a related field.
- A minimum of two (2) years of progressively responsible professional experience, at the national and/or international levels, in procurement and contracting is required.
- Experience in procurement/contracting for high-value, high-risk and complex services is an advantage.
- Experience in the SAP Materials Management module, and in analytical work and negotiations, is an advantage.
- Understanding of development and humanitarian work; emergency experience an advantage.
- Experience gained in a humanitarian, emergency, or public-health-emergency setting.
- Experience supporting an active outbreak or emergency response (e.g., Ebola, cholera, measles, mpox, displacement, or a declared L2/L3 emergency), preferably in here.
