See your match score & applyThe Digital Transformation Manager leads and drives the country office’s digital agenda across programs, business support, and resource mobilization functions. This role provides technical leadership and strategic direction to leverage technology, innovation, and emerging tools to enhance operational effectiveness and support gender-transformative programming.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the Digital Transformation Strategy and Action Plan
- Ensure alignment across programmatic, operational, and resource mobilization functions
- Plan, implement, and evaluate digital initiatives that support programs and partners
- Promote a culture of innovation across the organization
- Build and manage partnerships with private sector, government, and tech experts
- Identify and integrate relevant digital solutions into programs and systems
- Develop and implement Customer Relationship Management (CRM) strategies
- Support lead generation and donor engagement through digital tools
- Support strategic pillars including girl-centered innovation, scaling, and transformative innovation
Requirements
- Preferably with a Master’s degree and 5–7 years of experience in the development sector (or equivalent experience)
- Strong expertise in digital transformation, innovation, or technology-driven programs
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and multiple stakeholders
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Experience working with diverse partners (NGOs, private sector, government)
- Background in a similar role in the development sector is highly desirable
- Willingness to travel to field areas
