Stagiaire système d’Information et de gestion – 6 mois Parakou – Bénin – WCAR

This internship offers practical experience in Information and Management Systems, supporting the UNICEF zone office in Parakou, Benin. The intern will assist in performance framework development, data collection and analysis, data quality assessment, project monitoring, and establishing a georeferenced database for the zone office's works and achievements.

Responsibilities

• Support the development of consolidated performance frameworks at the zone office level.
• Collect and analyze data on the implementation level of the zone office's PTI (Programme of Work).
• Analyze the quality of data provided by partners.
• Support follow-up on recommendations from project monitoring missions.
• Establish a georeferenced database for the zone office's works and achievements.

Requirements

• Be enrolled in or recently graduated (less than 2 years) from an undergraduate or graduate program in applied statistics, data science, planning and monitoring-evaluation, or related fields.
• Fluency in French or English, with practical knowledge of the other language.
• Good academic results demonstrated by recent university records or a reference letter from an academic supervisor if records are unavailable.
• No immediate family member (e.g., father, mother, brother, sister) working in a UNICEF office.
• No other family member in the reporting line to whom the intern will report.
• Not disqualified under UNICEF's Child Protection Standards (DHR/STANDARDS/2019/001) or as amended.
• Demonstrate UNICEF core values: Care, Respect, Integrity, Trust, Accountability, and Sustainability (CRITAS).
