Temporary staff (BICES GROUP EXECUTIVE (BGX))

The BICES Group Executive (BGX) is the executive body of the BICES Group, enabling intelligence and information sharing among NATO and partner nations. BGX seeks temporary staff with skills in various disciplines to support its operations at NATO Headquarters in Brussels, Belgium.

Responsibilities

• Provide support in one or more of the following areas: administrative support, finance, human resources, project and programme management, engineering, systems administration, software development/programming, network administration, cybersecurity, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance.
• Be available for temporary assignments on short notice.
• Maintain up-to-date information in the application system regarding availability and security clearance status.

Requirements

• You will have experience in one of the following areas: Administrative Support, Finance (budgeting, accounting), Human Resources, Project and Programme Management, Engineering, Systems Administration, Software Development/ Programming, Network administration, Cybersecurity, Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance.
• You must be a national of a NATO member state.
• Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of the other NATO official language is preferred.
• You must be available for temporary employment on short notice.
• You must be in possession of a valid NATO security clearance (minimum NATO Secret) or have held one previously with the possibility to reactivate it swiftly.
• Demonstrate competencies including clarity and accuracy, customer service orientation, empathy, flexibility, initiative, organizational awareness, and teamwork.
