The Data & Analytics Specialist is responsible for consolidating and translating data across Strategic Communications channels into actionable insights that drive brand growth, audience engagement, and conversion. This role supports data-driven decision-making and the development of a centralized performance dashboard.
Responsibilities
- Collect and consolidate data from multiple platforms into a unified reporting system
- Develop and maintain interim web-based reporting solutions prior to full system integration
- Support the integration of multi-source data into the internal dashboard platform (VISION)
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across platforms
- Identify gaps in data collection and tracking across teams
- Collaborate with tech/analytics teams to improve data structure, tagging, and integration
- Develop and maintain a structured KPI framework across the marketing funnel
- Align metrics across teams to ensure consistency in performance tracking
- Analyze performance across campaigns and conduct cross-channel analysis
- Identify trends, opportunities, and bottlenecks in the funnel
- Translate data into clear, actionable insights
- Provide recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness, audience engagement, and conversion performance
- Support Growth Marketing Manager in strategic decision-making
- Design and maintain dashboards as interim solutions
- Prepare and structure data pipelines for future integration into the internal dashboard platform
- Ensure reports are clear, actionable, and accessible to non-technical stakeholders
- Deliver regular performance reports
- Define and implement tracking standards including UTM parameters and conversion tracking
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability
- Collaborate with Brand, Digital, PR, and CRM teams to ensure aligned measurement
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards governing fundraising activities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Statistics, Business, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in data analytics, marketing analytics, or digital analytics
- Experience working with multi-channel marketing data (social, web, paid media)
- Experience in dashboard development and reporting
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams is preferred
- Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4)
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets
- Experience with data visualization tools (Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau)
- Basic knowledge of SQL is a plus
- Understanding of tracking systems (UTM, event tracking, conversion tracking)
- Strong understanding of digital marketing funnel and metrics
- Ability to analyze campaign performance across channels
- Familiarity with paid media and SEO metrics
- Strong communication and storytelling with data
- Ability to work across teams and manage multiple stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with structured thinking
