Chief Information Officer

As Chief Information Officer at NCIA, you will lead the internal digital transformation, defining and delivering the vision for information systems, infrastructure, and digital operating model with a focus on security, resilience, and strategic alignment. You will also lead cybersecurity posture and be part of the Executive Leadership Team shaping enterprise strategy and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and role model NCIA culture principles of Customer First, Together and Impact
• Build and lead a cohesive, multicultural and multidisciplinary team promoting excellence and professional standards
• Define and lead NCIA’s internal IT strategy and architecture aligning technology with business and operational goals
• Oversee internal information systems, infrastructure, and platforms ensuring scalability, resilience, and cost efficiency
• Set vision and lead implementation of Cloud environments to support enterprise needs
• Ensure high availability and performance of internal IT services driving continuous improvement
• Define and enforce technology standards, policies, and compliance frameworks including regulatory and audit requirements
• Lead and advise on cybersecurity, risk management, and information protection establishing policies and controls
• Oversee enterprise applications and business systems lifecycle management
• Drive digital transformation and process optimization leveraging automation and emerging technologies
• Provide strategic advice to executive leadership on technology trends, risks, and opportunities

Requirements

• Master's Degree with 15+ years of relevant experience in complex technical organizations or Bachelor's Degree with 20+ years of relevant experience
• At least 15 years of executive management experience leading and managing change in dynamic technical organizations
• Proven experience running large scale programs with budgets over 100M EUR
• Proven experience running contemporary CIS cloud based workloads
• Demonstrable experience leading IT/Digital strategy development and implementation
• Experience overseeing all lifecycle aspects of Information Systems
• Strong experience in cybersecurity, risk management, and information protection
• Proven ability to drive business transformation and digital enablement in complex organizations
• Proven experience managing large, diverse and multidisciplinary teams using modern leadership practices
• Excellent communication and influencing skills with experience in senior and politically complex environments
• Proven experience working as part of an executive leadership team, shaping strategy and delivery
