HR Administrator (International Staffing)

The HR Administrator (International Staffing) role supports the full International Mobile Staff employee life cycle and coordinates local movements before and after missions. This role involves administrative services in recruitment, deployment, and global mobility to ensure teams are ready for critical humanitarian work.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative services and support to the full International Mobile Staff (IMS) employee life cycle
• Coordinate the local movements of IMS before and after their mission

Requirements

• Strong organisational skills and administrative experience in a similar HR or NGO setting required - including recruitment, preparing standard letters, documents, data inputting, and filing
• Substantial experience in global mobility (i.e. managing complex travel arrangements, visas/work permits, and other logistical/administrative aspects of personal and group event or travel planning)
• Confident and clear interpersonal communication skills (written and verbal)
• Service-oriented approach, with experience of supporting internal and external clients in a busy environment
• High degree of accuracy and good attention to detail
• Creative and diligent problem-solving
• Experience in the practical use of personal IT equipment and Microsoft Office 365 suite
• Ability to effectively collaborate and communicate within a hybrid working environment utilising Teams, SharePoint, One Drive and Yammer
