The Digital Impact Assistant will support the implementation of digital initiatives and deployment of technological solutions under the supervision of the ICT Specialist. The role includes contributing to the development of digital tools and platforms, data management and analysis, IT support, and user documentation and training.
Responsibilities
- Support T4D initiatives: participate in the development of digital tools and platforms.
- Data management and analysis: cleaning, analysis, visualization.
- IT support (Helpdesk): user assistance, equipment installation, incident resolution.
- Documentation and user training.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program or recently graduated (within 2 years) in computer science (networks or software engineering).
- Minimum age of 18 and maximum age of 35 at the time of application.
- Fluency in French; knowledge of English is an asset.
- Good knowledge of computer tools: office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) including Internet.
- Excellent academic results or excellent academic or professional recommendation letters.
- No immediate family member working at UNICEF.
