As a People & Culture officer, you will provide support by executing human resources services applying knowledge of People & Culture models and organizational policies. The role includes business partnering, strategic HR, implementation of People & Culture services, learning and capacity development, and data analytics.

Requirements
- A university degree (bachelor’s degree, first level university degree or equivalent) in human resource management, business management, international relations, psychology, or another related field is required.
- At least one year of professional experience in human resource management in an international organization and/or large corporation is required.
- HR Regulations, Research, Organizational Skills, Planning, Communication or Information Technology are required.
- Fluency in Portuguese is required.
- Fluency in English and/or French is required.
- Knowledge of another official UN language (Arabic, Chinese, French, Russian or Spanish) is an asset.
- Experience working at a UN agency or NGO is an asset.
- Experience in capacity building or coaching is an additional asset.
- Relevant experience at country level, particularly in development, fragile settings and humanitarian contexts are further assets.
