The People and Culture Officer supports human resources services including business partnering, staff support, organization design, job classification, and HR data analytics in the UNICEF Jamaica Country Office. The role involves coordinating with diverse stakeholders and adapting to fast-paced environments to contribute to team results.

Requirements
- A University Degree in human resource management, business management, international relations, psychology or another related field is required.
- At least two [2] years of relevant work experience in human resource management in an international organization and/or large corporation is required.
- Experience managing large-size recruitment campaigns for specialized roles or fast tracks is required.
- International Professional P&C experience at different organizational levels (Country Office, MCO, Regional and/or HQ) will be highly valued.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate with diverse stakeholders across multiple locations in complex and/or humanitarian contexts.
- Strong planning and organizational skills, with a clear focus on contributing to team results.
- Ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced environment, combined with a high degree of self-awareness and the capacity to communicate with empathy across diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to listen actively and manage sensitive situations.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Knowledge of another official UN language (Arabic, Chinese, French, Russian or Spanish) or a local language is an asset.
