The Partnerships Coordinator supports UNICEF Lebanon's Partnerships Section by preparing high-quality donor proposals and reports, engaging with National Committees and private partners, and organizing donor and partner visits. The role focuses on sustaining resource mobilization, donor stewardship, and visibility through effective coordination and monitoring.

Responsibilities

  • Support the preparation of high-quality donor proposals and reports.
  • Support overall engagement with National Committees and private partners.
  • Support the effective organization of donor and partner visits.
  • Create and follow up on new opportunities with private donors.
  • Support the team’s donor engagement agenda involving weekly donor visits to the field mainly for public donors.
  • Monitor and coordinate partnerships activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in international relations, political science, communications, international development, or another relevant technical field. A secondary school +2 years of experience replaces University Degree.
  • At least 4 years of professional experience in one or more of the following areas is required: public affairs, programme management, resource mobilization, external relations, or other relevant area.
  • Experience with donor-funded projects and/or in an emergency context is an asset.
  • Strong written communication and drafting skills in English is required.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
  • Knowledge of French or any other UN language is considered an asset.
