Fall 2026 Comprehensive Refugee Service Intern - UNPAID

The Comprehensive Refugee Service Intern assists the CRS team with document management, data entry, client support, and service delivery under supervision. This unpaid internship requires a minimum commitment of 15 hours per week for at least three months, primarily during weekdays with some weekend activities.

Responsibilities

• Help with document management, including scanning and filing documents
• Complete data entry and note taking tasks
• Assist clients with developing their problem-solving skills, empowering them to handle situations independently and supporting their self-sufficiency
• Accompany caseworkers to appointments and support them with service delivery
• Adhere to all IRC work ethics while serving clients
• Collaborate effectively with CRS staff and external community providers partnered with CRS
• Attend and actively participate in staff meetings and special staff development programs
