Driver for CP team

Responsible for safe and efficient transportation of IRC staff and materials, vehicle maintenance, and adherence to IRC vehicle rules and procedures. Ensures vehicle cleanliness, fueling, and mechanical soundness while representing IRC professionally.

Responsibilities

• Safe and efficient transportation of IRC staff and materials
• Care and maintenance of IRC vehicles and their accessories
• Professional representation of IRC
• Strict adherence to IRC vehicle rules and procedures, including mandatory seatbelt use by all passengers
• Daily vehicle inspections
• Accurate completion of the vehicle logbook
• Keeping the vehicle clean, fueled, and mechanically sound
• Inspection and servicing of all vehicle accessories
• Reporting incomplete inspections, insurance renewals, or any defects or issues to the supervisor

Requirements

• Complete secondary education; vocational or technical education
• Minimum two years of professional driving experience; confident driving skills with manual transmission vehicles
• Valid Category B driver’s license
• No significant traffic violations or road-safety-related convictions
• Basic English is highly desirable
• Ability to pass the IRC driving test for manual transmission
• Basic computer skills
