See your match score & applyThe Administrative Coordinator will provide administrative and organizational support to the staff in the Non-Concessional Lending Division. Responsibilities include managing workflow, monitoring information flow, scheduling meetings, processing travel and expense reports, and ensuring deadlines are met.
Responsibilities
- Manage the workflow of the unit including monitoring the flow of information and tracking shifting priorities.
- Monitor the unit’s busy work agenda and action items and ensure deadlines are met.
- Proof-read all documents and transmit for review and to Management and the Board.
- Schedule and prepare meetings.
- Process reviews through eReview (country and policy).
- Process travel arrangements and expense reports.
Requirements
- Completion of a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of six (6) years of relevant experience, with at least two (2) years in a lead role for external candidates.
- Strong administrative, technological, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of Fund practices and procedures.
- Familiarity with Fund software applications, particularly Word and Excel, and systems including PeopleSoft FINPROD and HRPROD.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to handle and coordinate multiple tasks.
- Ability to work accurately under pressure and as part of a team.
- Flexibility with working hours and willingness to work overtime at short notice.
- Candidates must currently reside in the Washington DC metro area.
