Our three heads of state took the historic decision on 6th July 2024 in Niamey, to create the Confederation of Sahel states so that to take responsibility for the fate of our nations and citizens establishment. To date the AES Confederation has achieved real and encouraging progress in various areas. I reaffirm here the determination of our three heads of state to pursue and intensify the fight against terrorism in all of its forms and manifestations.
